Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScorePulse platform, operated by ScorePulse Inc., a company incorporated in Indiana, USA. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ScorePulse provides AI-powered sports analytics tools including game film analysis, scouting report generation, player performance tracking, and tactical pattern detection. These tools are designed to assist coaching staffs and athletic programs in game preparation and player evaluation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All game film, player data, and scouting reports uploaded to or generated by ScorePulse remain the property of the subscribing organization. ScorePulse Inc. does not claim ownership of your team data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Privacy Policy
ScorePulse Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of coaches, athletes, and athletic organizations who use ScorePulse. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email, organization), game film uploads, roster data, and communication preferences. We also collect usage data including platform interactions, feature usage patterns, and device information.
Your data is used to provide and improve our analytics services, generate scouting reports and performance insights, communicate service updates, and ensure platform security. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Game film and player performance data are stored using industry-standard encryption. Access to team data is restricted to authorized staff accounts within your organization. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the ScorePulse platform. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to sports analytics, coaching preparation, and athletic program management.
You may not use ScorePulse to: upload content that violates any applicable law or regulation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service.
Game film uploaded to the platform must be footage your organization has the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any league, conference, or governing body rules regarding film sharing and analytics tools.
ScorePulse Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
Data Processing & Security
ScorePulse Inc. processes data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Indiana, USA and relevant federal regulations. Our data processing infrastructure is hosted in secure, SOC 2-compliant facilities.
All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
In the event of a data breach affecting your organization's information, we will notify affected accounts within 72 hours and provide details about the nature of the breach and steps taken to mitigate its impact.
When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After this period, all team data, game film, and generated reports are permanently deleted from our systems.

ScorePulse uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, protect, and improve our platform. This policy explains what cookies we use and why.
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. These include authentication tokens, session management, and security cookies.
